Terms of Use

These terms of use (the “Terms”) for ICA Banken’s Developer Portal Sandbox environment (the “Sandbox”) and any data, software and other material released through the Sandbox (“Material”) apply for testing and evaluation of applications to be used with ICA Banken’s Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”). By registering as a Sandbox user, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide to ICA Banken is accurate. You confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and that ICA Banken may suspend or terminate your right to access or use the Sandbox in case of violation of the Terms.

ICA Banken may make changes to the Sandbox and the Material at any time, without prior notice. ICA Banken may make changes to the Terms and the changes take effect 30 days after ICA Banken has given notice of the changes. ICA Banken will give you notice via website in due time before changes to the Terms. If you do not accept the changed Terms, you may terminate your registration as a Sandbox user. If you continue to access or use the Sandbox, you will be considered to have accepted the changes.

Any person may register as Sandbox user to test and evaluate features and functionality of its own application/applications. A user registration to the Sandbox does not constitute a right to access to piloting with real customer data without express consent of ICA Banken.

ICA Banken provides the Sandbox and the Material on an “as is” basis and any use hereof is at the user´s own initiative and risk. This means that ICA Banken provides no warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third party rights. Further, ICA Banken has no direct or indirect liability related to use of the Sandbox or the Material.

Unless otherwise notified by ICA Banken, ICA Banken owns all rights, title, interest and intellectual property right in the Sandbox and the Material including without limitation the right to copy, amend, modify, develop, sublicense, sell and assign such rights.

ICA Banken provides the Sandbox registered user a limited license to use the Material to test and evaluate the feasibility of, and interest in, using ICA Banken’s APIs. The user may not:

i) disclose the Material to any third party, or

ii) reverse engineer, reverse compile, decrypt, unmask, or reverse assemble the Sandbox or the Material without ICA Bankens prior written consent.

ICA Banken does not endorse in any way your product or services and you may not use ICA Banken’s name, logo, trademarks, copyrights or any other intellectual property or business secret without prior written approval from ICA Banken. For the avoidance of doubt, the usage of the Sandbox is allowed by adhering to these Terms and any other documentation provided by ICA Banken.

You are responsible for protecting your hardware, software, data and other material from viruses, malware, and other internet security risks. You guarantee that your use of the Sandbox does not expose ICA Banken to malicious software or security risks such as malware, trojans, viruses, denial of service attacks or any other material which is malicious or technologically harmful either to or via Sandbox. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sandbox, the server on which the Sandbox resides, or any other server, computer or database connected to ICA Banken.

Use of the Sandbox does not constitute any transfer of user’s intellectual property rights to ICA Banken, however ICA Banken may freely use any feedback provided by the Sandbox registered user to improve and develop ICA Banken’s services without limitations or obligations towards you.
